Communications Associate (Entry Level/New Grad)

What You'll Do

• Talk with prospective customers by phone, email and chat, and help them find the right domain
• Be a go-to contact for our seller community: answer questions, share updates and help them succeed on Atom
• Reach out to domain owners about the availability of their domains and the options to sell
• Work with startups and founders to understand their naming and domain needs
• Write clear, persuasive emails and messages that move conversations forward
• Use AI tools every day to research, write and work faster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (communications, business, marketing, English or any major)
• 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates welcome), including internships
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Confident starting conversations with people you don't know yet
• Organized, curious and motivated by results

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hoffman Estates, IL 60192

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
