Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Implement in-store visual presentations that align with brand standards.
• Manage merchandise transfers between stores and distribution centers.
• Oversee clearance and floor inventory levels in collaboration with the Market Sales Manager.
• Execute regular floor moves for furniture and seasonal displays.
• Serve as the primary contact for store merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure visual displays are maintained in a clean, safe, and attractive condition, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to maintain high merchandising standards and solve implementation issues.
• Lead and assist with new store openings, remodels, visual enhancements, acquisitions, store closings, and high impact sales events.
• Train store teams on recovery plans and best practices for maintaining displays.

Scope & Impact

• Enhance customer experience and sales growth by implementing brand-aligned visual presentations for assigned 5-10 stores (9,000 to 18,000 sq ft each).
• Foster communication between store employees, Regional Leads, and Market Sales Managers.
• Manage merchandise transfers and inventory levels to meet established visual standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage a work schedule.
• Effective time management.
• Up to 75% Travel.
• Ability to meet qualifications noted in the company’s Driver Management Program (if travel/driving is required).

Physical Demands/Work Environment: Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb stairs, climb ladders, kneel, squat, crouch, crawl, balance, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to or over 50 pounds.
