About the Role
Chipotle is changing the face of fast food by preparing real food by hand, with no freezers, microwaves, or can openers. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to work at any station, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly atmosphere and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help and serve both customers and team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others.
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required.

- Base pay range: $16.75–$17.75 per hour (eligible for digital tips).
