About the Role

The Home Furnishing Associate is a customer-facing retail sales role responsible for guiding customers through creating personalized living spaces and helping them find the perfect sleep system. This role is part of the Retail Performance team and reports directly to the General Manager. The position offers uncapped earning potential for motivated, results-driven sales professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, understanding their needs, and developing customer relationships.
• Presenting and discussing home furnishing product options based on customer lifestyle, needs, and goals.
• Utilizing sales and upselling techniques.
• Marketing new sales, special events, and financing options.
• Assisting customers with financing, purchasing, delivery, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous training.

Workplace Environment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an office setting.
• Physical requirements may include extended periods of standing.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
