Rotational Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

The Rotational Engineer Program is a three-year development program with rotations at the Americas regional engineering center and manufacturing plants. Rotational Engineers develop a foundation in the Lanxess organization and core engineering skills prior to taking engineering roles at manufacturing plants in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn hands-on by developing compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during their rotations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 0 - 3 years of engineering experience with prior intern/co-op experience in manufacturing and/or design preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Domestic travel and relocation over a period of 2 - 3 years
