Knowledge Management and Training Project Intern

About the Role

• 12-week, full-time summer internship (May to August)
• Support the Technical Services team in Austin
• Build clear documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments
• Work with engineers, operational teams, and subject matter experts to transform complex information into usable guidance
• Help colleagues understand current processes, onboard faster, and apply information with confidence
• Gain practical experience in documentation, training content, knowledge systems, and project coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Own defined project tasks with guidance, feedback, and support from experienced team members

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in communications, information management, business, learning and development, technical communication, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to organize information clearly for different audiences
• Careful attention to detail, with a commitment to accurate, high-quality work
• Ability to follow established processes, incorporate feedback, and ask questions when requirements are unclear
• Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines
• Interest in technical, engineering, data center, or operational environments
