Clinical Data Coordinator, Entry Level

About the Role

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Data Coordinator to join our Data Management team. This position involves working collaboratively on tasks and projects crucial to the company's success.

Data Coordinator Training and Development Program

The Medpace Data Management Training & Development (T&D) team provides support for new hires, including:

• Online training modules with interactive exercises
• T&D led workshops on Data Management processes and industry acronyms
• Opportunities to join other new professionals in department training courses
• Direct support from a T&D member

Key Responsibilities

• Validate entry database designs
• Report metrics and data trends on projects
• Identify data conflicts and issues on projects
• Work with personnel from global research sites to resolve data conflicts
• Reconcile data from multiple sources
• Create and update study documentation on projects
• Participate as part of a team on various projects

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Experience with Excel and Word

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with research and statistical data is preferred, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
