Job Title: Operations Executive (OE) / Customer Support Specialist
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹3.2 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable (Uncapped)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Provide support via calls, emails, and chat.
- Identify and resolve recurring customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Teamwork, adaptability, and a self-motivated attitude.

- Final-year students, graduates, and postgraduates.
