About the Role

jsmartinco is seeking Sales & Leasing Freshers for a full-time, on-site role in South Delhi. This position is designed for individuals at the early stages of their careers, offering structured guidance to develop a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients.
• Understand client property needs.
• Present suitable property options.
• Coordinate property visits.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and follow-ups.
• Assist in basic documentation and coordination during the leasing or sales process.
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and local networking.
• Support senior staff in negotiations and deal closures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to listen actively and explain information clearly.
• Basic sales and customer service abilities: Handling inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and supporting negotiations.
• Organizational and time management skills: To manage multiple clients, property visits, and documentation efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy: Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and property listing or CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn.
• Professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel within South Delhi.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior internship or field sales exposure is an advantage.
