- Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls.

- Service leads generated through digital, referral, and relevant sources.
- Maintain daily reports of fresh calls, site visits expected, and follow-up calls on CRM.
- Ensure 100% compliance.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Tele calling.
- Ability to take high call volumes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
