About the Role

• This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst.
• The Data Analyst trainee will work with healthcare-related datasets, clean and validate data, and prepare reports and dashboards that support internal teams and partner providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis.
• Apply basic statistical techniques.
• Assist in building or refining data models to answer business questions.
• Collaborate with team members to translate data findings into clear insights.
• Support ongoing analytical projects.
• Document methods and results for future reference.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excel
• SQL
• Python / R (beneficial)

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills.
• Foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.
• Skills in Data Modeling and working with structured datasets.
• Effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
