About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Endodontist role at Cosmodent India in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
- Perform root canal therapies, retreatments, and related surgical procedures.
- Conduct thorough clinical examinations.
- Interpret radiographs.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based endodontic care aligned with clinic protocols.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists.
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care.
Qualifications
- BDS degree with MDS in Endodontics (or Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics) from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental registration/license as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical expertise in Endodontics, including diagnosis and treatment of complex cases.
- Solid foundation in Dentistry and Medicine relevant to oral healthcare practice.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Dental Care procedures with a focus on quality and safety.
- Commitment to excellent Patient Care, including clear communication and empathetic chairside manner.
- Experience using modern dental equipment, digital radiography, and advanced endodontic instruments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adherence to infection control protocols.
