About the Role

This is an entry-level seasonal opportunity to join Krispy Kreme and provide friendly, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Take and complete orders accurately and timely.
• Accept payments and ensure correct change is delivered.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Restock products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Open availability and flexibility are a must, including the ability to work any shift.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards.
