This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards.
• Create data models.
• Perform statistical analyses.
• Prepare clear visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translating them into analytical requirements.
• Present findings in a concise, accessible manner.
• Improve data quality.
• Document processes.
• Recommend enhancements to existing analytics solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills
• Data Analytics experience
• Foundational knowledge of Statistics
• Proficiency in Data Modeling
• Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Communication skills
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and familiarity with databases or BI platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.
