About the Role
- Hospital-employed position joining 1 urologist and 1 nurse practitioner.
- Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery available and required.
- Focus on bread-and-butter urology; subspecialty-trained surgeons are welcome.
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity-based bonuses.
- Physicians own 49% of the surgery center, providing additional income opportunity.
- 10 days of call per month.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery experience is required.

- Board-certified or board-eligible urologists encouraged to apply.
- New graduates and experienced surgeons welcome.
