About the Role
REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist people with their personal hygiene.
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
- Help people grow, learn, and live well.
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

- Valid Driver's license.
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Schedule
- Wage: $16.40 per hour.
- Full-time overnight.
- Week 1: Sunday: 10PM - 6AM (sleep) & 6AM - 10PM (awake), Monday & Tuesday 10PM-AM.
- Week 2: Wednesday-Saturday: 10PM-6AM (sleep) & 6AM-2PM.
