About the Role

En Pointe Adwisers LLP is seeking a motivated CA Article Assistant to build a strong career in Direct Tax, Indirect Taxation, Business Valuation, and Deal Advisory.

• Locations: Okhla Phase 1, Bikaji Cama Place New Delhi and Gurgaon, Sector 44
• Domains: Direct Tax, Indirect Taxation, Business Valuation, and Deal Advisory

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Tax:
• Gain exposure to Direct Tax matters.
• Work on International Tax Matters.
• Engage in Corporate Restructuring.
• Perform Compliance Management.
• Indirect Tax:
• Handle GST Monthly Compliances.
• Process GST Refunds.
• Involve in GST Litigation & Advisory.
• Complete GST Annual Return & Reconciliation.
• Business Valuation and Deal Advisory:
• Perform Valuations using methodologies like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Comparable Company Analysis for equities, ESOPs, and financial instruments.
• Support M&A Transactions, including pitch decks, teasers, due diligence, and purchase price allocation under IND AS.
• Conduct Financial Analysis, build financial models, and perform impairment testing for goodwill and CGUs.

This role offers exposure to practical aspects of Direct Tax, Indirect Taxation, client interactions, litigation support, advisory assignments, and compliance work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Tally.

Qualifications

• CA Inter (Both Groups Cleared – May 2026).
• ITT & OC Trainings Completed.
• Good Communication Skills (Mandatory).
