- Manage enterprise patch deployment using SCCM.
- Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Qualys.
- Automate routine system administration and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate patching schedules, testing, and production deployments.
- Prepare compliance, patch, and vulnerability reports.
- Troubleshoot patch failures and automation-related issues.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure system compliance.
- Maintain documentation for patching processes, automation workflows, and operational procedures.
