About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the Founder on business strategy, sales, operations, vendor management, research, and growth initiatives. This is not a routine internship. You will get first-hand exposure to how a startup operates, how business decisions are made, and how ideas are converted into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy: Assist the Founder with strategic projects, business planning, and growth initiatives.
• Market Research: Research industries, competitors, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
• Business Development: Identify prospective B2B clients, support outreach initiatives, and help build a strong sales pipeline.
• Vendor Management: Research, onboard, and coordinate with suppliers for corporate gifting and other business requirements.
• Operations & Execution: Help streamline internal processes, maintain trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Marketing & Branding: Support LinkedIn content, brand positioning, campaigns, and company presentations.
• Founder Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable insights to help drive business decisions.

Who Should Apply?

• Students or recent graduates from any discipline.
• Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, presentations, and online research tools.
• Self-driven, organized, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Interested in entrepreneurship, business strategy, sales, and startup operations.
• Willing to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools, CRM platforms, lead generation, market research, or B2B sales.
