Assistant

About the Role

The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Mall amazone patna in Patna. The Assistant will support daily mall operations, including guiding customers, responding to inquiries, and providing information about stores, services, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily mall operations.
• Guide customers.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Provide information about stores, services, and events.
• Coordinate with store staff and management.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order in common areas.
• Assist with basic administrative or clerical tasks as needed.
• Help manage queues.
• Support promotional activities.
• Report any issues related to facilities or security to the appropriate team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency in local languages and English.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse visitors.
• Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including handling simple documentation, schedules, and follow-up tasks.
• Reliable time management skills and the capacity to work full-time shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to assisting visitors and maintaining common areas.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, public environment and collaborating with mall management, security, and store teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
