About the Role
- A 6-month internship that converts to a full-time role based on performance.
- Work directly with the Founders to build infrastructure, backend, and interface.
- Take features from rough idea to shipped screen.
What You'll Build
- Infrastructure: Cloud setup, CI/CD, environments, monitoring, and backups.
- Backend: APIs, databases, and business logic for connected workflows.
- Frontend & Product: Clean interfaces to display agent output, evidence, workflow status, and approval steps.
- Security: Login, roles, and permissions for developers, contractors, site teams, and vendors.
- AI in the Product: Integrate agent output into the application reliably, handling loading, error, and approval states.
- Product Shipping: Debugging, testing, demos, and quick prototypes for client pilots.
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on projects in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript that span more than one layer of the stack.
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, Git, and deployment.
- Coursework, personal projects, and previous internships count.
- An eye for product design: caring about the user experience of an interface.
- Comfort picking up new tools quickly and figuring things out independently.
- Ownership: following through until tasks are complete and communicating blockers.
- Availability for the full 6 months, with the intent to continue full-time.
