Key Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting and organizing project data.

• Support the analysis of market trends and cost information under guidance from senior team members.
• Help to draft internal reports and presentations.

• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
• Participate in virtual meetings.

• Support administrative tasks that help the consultancy operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Foundational analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret data, summarize findings, and present information clearly.
• Basic proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software) and comfort working in digital/remote environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and collaborate with a dispersed team in a remote setting.
• Interest in commercial real estate, cost consultancy, data analytics, or related fields; prior academic or project experience in these areas is advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling client and company information.
• Relevant education or training in business, economics, data analytics, finance, surveying, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
