Management Associate

About the Role

The Management Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cannanore. This role involves supporting daily store operations, monitoring inventory, coordinating with department leads, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. The Management Associate will assist in analyzing sales and performance data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with store teams, management, and external partners.
• Basic to intermediate Finance skills for understanding budgets, margins, and store-level financial performance.
• Project Management skills to support store initiatives, process improvements, and rollout of new operational practices.
• Training skills to help onboard and coach staff on procedures, customer service, and performance standards.
• Relevant skills include knowledge of retail operations, customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior retail or hypermarket experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to on-site presence in Cannanore.
