This is an on-site internship based in the Pune District.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations.
• Coordinate shipments.
• Track deliveries.
• Assist with documentation and data entry.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
• Help resolve delivery issues.
• Contribute to process improvements in supply chain and export activities.
• Learn how performance-driven logistics infrastructure works in practice.
• Gain exposure to customer service and operational workflows.
• Support reporting and analysis related to logistics performance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics-related software tools.
• Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach to support effective Customer Service.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor shipment status, and assist in improving logistics processes.
• Foundational knowledge or interest in Supply Chain Management and Export operations.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
