About the Role

• Role: Program Associate – Execution (Data Team)
• Location: Gurugram on-site, with field travel for some projects
• Type: Full-time
• Languages: Hindi and English required; a regional or foreign language is a plus

As a Program Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection, checking, and delivery of data for client orders, meeting specified quality standards. This is an execution role focused on large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit at scale: Run paid lead-gen and job-platform campaigns, screen test recordings, and onboard speakers, transcribers, and field workers.
• Check quality: Listen to recordings and supervise audio QC against client specifications. Log reasons for every rejection.
• Run transcription and annotation: Allocate work, track output, audit samples, and manage contributor performance.
• Know the guideline: Learn client guidelines well enough to train new contributors and spot deviations.
• Track and report: Update a daily project tracker and send weekly status updates.
• Pay people correctly: Reconcile accepted work against payouts.
• Protect data: Maintain consent, metadata, and storage discipline for all files.
• Deliver: Package data with counts sheets and delivery notes.
• Escalate early: Flag potential target misses proactively.

How You Will Be Measured (KRAs)

• Delivery: Delivered hours per language or region each month.
• Yield: Accepted vs recorded hours.
• Funnel health: Lead-to-working % tracked weekly.
• Cost: Cost per delivered hour within budget.
• Quality: Client audits passed first time.
• Diversity and spec: Gender, age, region, and dialect targets met.
• Compliance: Consent and metadata on 100% of files.
• Timeliness: Milestones met; risks flagged proactively.
• Reporting: Daily tracker current; weekly status sent without reminders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Google Sheets or Excel skills (filters, pivots, lookups)
• Stamina for repetitive, high-volume work
• Confidence managing large freelancer groups on WhatsApp or Telegram
• Willingness to travel or relocate for field projects, or to work odd hours for international ones.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Some hands-on operations exposure (field programs, campus or community mobilisation, BPO or annotation ops, logistics, QA, or large college event management).
• Fluent Hindi and English, spoken and written.
• Comfort with numbers (funnels, yields, per-hour costs).
• Attention to detail at the file level.

Good to have:

• A regional Indian language.
• A foreign language (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Mandarin).
• Reading knowledge of two or more Indian scripts.
• A good ear for pronunciation, accents, and audio quality.
• Basic SQL or familiarity with metrics like WER/CER.
• Experience with paid social ads or job-platform recruitment.

• You are not comfortable with phone-heavy work, daily targets, or field travel.
• You prefer coordinating meetings to owning a number.
