About the Role
TRUSTA is seeking an Audit & Accounting Associate to perform audit, review, or compilation of financial data, assess internal controls, prepare reports, and assist clients with regulatory compliance. Associates will strive to become proficient Audit Associates and will be supervised by senior associates and managers.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- CPA license or on track for CPA certificate and license.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within teams as well as individually.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of ProSystem fx Engagement, QuickBooks, and ChatGPT is a plus.
