Junior Marketing Associate

About the Role

• This is an entry-level, on-site position.
• Supports entry-level campaign execution, promotions, outreach, and customer engagement.
• Designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.
• This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily marketing initiatives.
• Participate in face-to-face outreach and promotional activities.
• Support events and campaign logistics.
• Track customer feedback and campaign activity.
