Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role

• Drive student admissions, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and revenue growth.
• Contribute to the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Expand the learner community.
• Support the launch and growth of new experiential centers.
• Deliver an exceptional counselling experience.
• Work directly with experienced founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective learners through phone calls, video consultations, WhatsApp, and walk-in interactions.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable Fashion Designing and Make-up Artistry programs.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and deliver an outstanding learner experience.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to improve customer experience and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and daily activity updates.
• Contribute towards business expansion and revenue growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Passionate about Education, Skill Development, Career Counselling, and helping learners achieve their goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Success, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or B2C Sales.
