About the Role
The Brand Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in Manhasset, NY. This position is responsible for representing the Wolford brand in-store, welcoming and engaging customers, and providing a premium, personalized service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Introducing customers to Wolford products
- Explaining product features and benefits
- Supporting fitting and styling needs
- Ensuring the store environment reflects brand standards
- Actively promoting brand awareness through product demonstrations and storytelling
- Consistent visual merchandising
- Meeting sales goals
- Handling customer inquiries and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site in Manhasset, NY, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic sales and POS skills
- Goal-driven mindset
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
- Strong Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Proven Customer Service experience in retail or a client-facing environment, with a focus on premium or luxury products
- Interest in fashion, lingerie, or luxury apparel; prior experience in fashion retail is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, fashion, or communications is beneficial
