About the Role
Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation and information education. Provides safe, high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and stays updated on changes.
Location: Inpatient Pharmacy, Broward Health Medical Center, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Work Details: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Evenings
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and monitor medications and other pharmaceuticals.
- Provide interpretation and educational information.
- Deliver safe and high-quality pharmaceutical care.
- Support JCAHO initiatives and programs.
- Stay abreast of changes in pharmaceutical practice.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pharm.D. or a bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 5-year program.
- Florida Pharmacy license.
Qualifications
- No experience required.
- A $10k sign-on bonus is available for candidates with 1 year of experience.
