About the Role
Kelley Construction is seeking 2027 Spring/ Summer Interns to join their team in Louisville, KY. Interns will work under the direction of a Project Manager, Field Manager, or Chief Estimator and gain hands-on construction management experience alongside experienced professionals. Assignments may be at a job site or in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the direction of an assigned project manager, field manager, or Chief Estimator.
- Work with other experienced construction professionals with hands-on construction management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be in a current degree program.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Must be available for the duration of the co-op (spring, summer, etc.).
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills.
- Must have strong and detailed written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Availability for travel on an as-needed basis is a plus.
