About the Role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. This is a part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
- Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
- Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings.
- Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify items that guests have left behind and report them utilizing the hotel's lost and found procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma/GED
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Team player.
- Ability to exceed guest expectations.
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
Compensation Range: $16-$18
This position is tipped eligible.
The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
