Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community and establish relationships to build your business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to always put customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or on track to graduate within 2 semesters).
• Clean driving record (max 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 years).
• Work authorization in the United States.
