About the Role
Secret Hair Care is hiring for three separate Influencer Marketing Executive positions, one each for the Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam creator ecosystems. Each role requires deep fluency and a network in a specific language and market.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and shortlist creators in your language market across Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Identify creators across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, comedy, and other categories.
- Reach out, pitch, and build relationships with creators.
- Negotiate rates and close collaborations.
- Manage briefs, timelines, revisions, and final content delivery.
- Coordinate invoices and payments.
- Build and maintain a strong network of creators in your language market.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of the Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam creator landscape.
- Excellent spoken and written fluency in your chosen language and in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Naturally curious about creators and content.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
Qualifications
- Prior influencer marketing or partnerships experience is a plus.
