About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer at RiVirtual.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for real estate intelligence, digital transformation platforms, and FinTech/PropTech products.
- Implement back-end services and APIs.
- Write clean and efficient code.
- Integrate data sources and third-party tools.
- Optimize system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product and data teams.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Write tests.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs and databases.
- Knowledge of modern development tools, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with security best practices is a plus.
- Interest or experience in real estate, FinTech, or PropTech domains is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
