Role: Software Engineer

About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
• The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and back-end services.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean and efficient code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Debug and resolve software issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, architects, business analysts).
• Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to system design and documentation.
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies.
• Support deployment activities.
• Provide production issue analysis when required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with software testing practices, debugging tools, and basic DevOps concepts is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using at least one modern language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write technical specifications, and contribute to system and architecture design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
