Role: US Recruiter

Location: Noida (ONSITE)

Shift: EST work hours

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a recruiter to find IT/Engineering/Non-IT candidates for clients based in the USA.
• Understand job descriptions to identify skill sets and source resumes from various USA job websites.
• Perform thorough resume screening and candidate screening, going beyond basic questions about availability and pay rates.
• Gather information about technical and functional expertise required for a requisition.
• Utilize and practice social media recruitment and headhunting.
• Demonstrate attention to detail to identify grammatical mistakes or spelling errors in candidate resumes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of requisitions and the ability to use keywords effectively for relevant search results.
• Strong experience working on W2 or C2C requisitions for direct clients.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 5 years of US Recruitment experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Very strong communication skills to interact with candidates at various levels.
• Proactive approach towards recruitment; build relations and pipelines of candidates based on client needs.
• Self-motivated with a never-say-die attitude.
