Kitchen Utility Associate

About the Role

The Kitchen Utility Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Reganta Inn Ranip in Ahmedabad. This team member supports the kitchen staff by handling dishwashing, cleaning workstations, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing utensils and equipment.
• Disposing of waste correctly.
• Ensuring kitchen areas are safe, clean, and ready for service.
• Assisting with basic food preparation as needed.
• Helping with simple cooking tasks under supervision.
• Coordinating with chefs and service staff to support smooth meal service.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen environment.
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction by supporting timely and quality food service.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks in a fast-paced environment.
