Housekeeping Associate

About the Role

The Housekeeping Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Mastiff Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. in Manali.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish amenities and linens.
• Handle laundry-related tasks: sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linen storage.
• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Support new team members through on-the-job guidance and adherence to operational checklists.
