Jr. Operations Executive

About the Role

This role supports daily operations, manages essential processes, and ensures seamless coordination between teams. Responsibilities include customer onboarding, invoice processing, procurement support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Order & Invoice Management: Generate, process, and manage invoices; ensure timely entry of sales orders and smooth billing operations.
• Customer Onboarding & Support: Set up new customer accounts, maintain records, and provide administrative support.
• Account Management: Prepare and distribute customer account statements, monitor outstanding balances, and support credit control.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other departments to meet delivery timelines and operational requirements.
• Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and ordering supplies or materials.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of operational and sales performance reports.
• Data Integrity & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, review operational data, and ensure documentation is updated.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and reporting.
• Professional communicator, able to handle sensitive or complex situations.
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
