Client Services Intern, Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions through video calls.
• Assist in addressing client queries and resolving issues.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant teams.
• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
• Support the team in ensuring a positive client experience.
• Maintain client records and project updates using CRM tools and other software.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and client servicing.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through video calls.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or digital marketing.
• Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
