Key Responsibilities

• Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts of interest.
• Prepare the Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist.
• Update all spreadsheets, databases, and company sales records.
• Produce reports as and when required.
• Monitor bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
• Follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
• Ensure tenders are submitted consistently ahead of deadlines.
• Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
• Ensure tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications and best practices.
• Clarify bid conditions and manage tender preparation, reviews, and deadlines.
• Coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
• Handle government tenders.
• Bring new business through tenders to the company.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Ability to complete the tender process with minimal guidance - WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
• Hands-on experience in proposal making.
• Initiative to learn Technical / Products of the company.
• Knowledge of all Tender documents, letters.
• Knowledge of Government departments and sectors.
• Excellent in computers.
• Experience in searching tenders on various sites.
• Experience in tender documentation.
• Willing to travel.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Decent Hindi speaking skills.
