Research Assistant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Hyderabad. The role supports digital marketing initiatives by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources, including market research, campaign performance, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research studies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Prepare reports and summaries.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders in clear and actionable formats.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to inform decision-making.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of research methods, tools, and documentation practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar) is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and identify trends.
• Solid Research skills, including study design, data collection, and documentation practices.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports and verbal briefings.
• Basic Laboratory or technical skills where needed for structured data collection and standardized procedures.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, economics, social sciences, or a related field are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Interest in digital marketing, market research, and evidence-based decision-making is an advantage.
