About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role at IcfaiTech, ICFAI University, Jaipur, in the department of CSE, IoT, and other related fields. The role involves planning and delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
- Designing and updating course curricula.
- Evaluating student performance.
- Mentoring learners.
- Supporting academic advising and projects.
- Conducting research.
- Publishing in reputable journals and conferences.
- Participating in departmental and university committees.
- Contributing to accreditation and quality assurance activities.
- Engaging with industry.
- Organizing academic events.
- Supporting outreach and student development initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Expertise in Data Science & AI, Mechatronics, AI & IoT, Cyber Security, or advanced computing and software engineering.
- Experience in university-level teaching.
- Experience in course planning, classroom delivery, and student assessment.
- Experience in the use of modern pedagogical and learning technologies.
- Research experience evidenced by publications, conference presentations, or active research projects.
- Ability to guide student projects and supervise dissertations or theses.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.
- Familiarity with outcome-based education, curriculum development, and accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior industry exposure, consultancy, or collaboration with research and development organizations will be considered beneficial.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Master’s degree or Ph.D. in CSE, IT, Data Science, AI, Mechatronics, Cyber Security, or allied fields).
