About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Fashion Designer / Merchandiser / Stylist. The role involves conceptualizing and developing collections inspired by handloom traditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop collections.
- Sketch designs.
- Select textiles.
- Collaborate with artisans on embroidery and detailing.
- Coordinate fittings.
- Refine silhouettes.
- Ensure garments meet brand quality and comfort standards.
- Style looks for shoots and client presentations.
- Support merchandising decisions, such as product mix and visual display.
- Maintain alignment with the brand’s slow fashion philosophy.
- Work closely with production, marketing, and sales to ensure collections are cohesive, market-ready, and reflect the brand narrative.

Qualifications
- Degree or formal training in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
