Broken Mango Studio is scaling its creative roster and production team. We are looking for individuals who value creative craft and speed over corporate red tape.

1. Production & Post-Production

• Videographer / Camera Operator: Frame composition, movement & vertical video retention.
• Video Editor & Motion Designer: Pacing, rhythm, sound design & high-energy commercial cuts.

2. Creative, Concept & AI

• Content Strategist & Copywriter: Hooks, narrative angles & commercial ad scripting.
• Generative AI Artist / Visual Designer: Prompt engineering, synthetic media & thumbnail/carousel design.

3. Growth & Business Development

• Business Development Executive: Client outreach, pitching & closing brand deals.
• Performance & Social Media Marketer: Meta ad campaigns, content scheduling & organic audience growth.

4. Talent Roster & Operations

• On-Screen Talent & Performers: Screen presence, stage energy & hosting.
• Finance & Operations: Bookkeeping, client invoicing & agency cash-flow management.

The Details

• Type: Full-time, project-based & retainer contracts
