Work Mode: Work from Office (Hybrid mode after 3 months based on performance: 3 Days WFH & 3 Days WFO)
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor Health & PA claim investigations from allocation to closure.
- Coordinate with field officers and guide them on investigation protocols.
- Review evidence and prepare accurate closure reports.
- Maintain TAT and quality as per client requirements.
- Share regular MIS and updates with the team.
Qualifications
- BHMS / BAMS / BDS / MBBS
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 1 year of experience (freshers can apply).
