About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Sourcer Recruiter to identify top talent in the US market to support our growth. This role is part of the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, a central sourcing team for WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit passive candidates by profiling individuals, assessing their fit and motivation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
• Recommend recruitment strategies that contribute to the company's long-range growth.
• Implement and refine recruiting processes aligned with Amazon's mission.
• Articulate recruitment plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
• Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
• Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
• Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening processes to assess qualifications and skill alignment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, X-ray search/Open web, GitHub.
• Boolean and Advanced Search: Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across various platforms.
• Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent: Skilled in requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening candidates in specialized technical fields.
• Ability to articulate role-based value propositions to candidates.
• Build strategies and brainstorm efficient and creative sourcing solutions.
• Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels.
• Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
• Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screens.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Ability to curate market intelligence for saturated markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency.
• Understanding of providing amazing customer service.
• Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline.
• Experience setting benchmarks and metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit customer SLAs.
• Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Gurgaon (Remote role).
• Timing: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST.
• Duration: 6-month contractual role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
