Cornixe is an innovative EdTech company focused on redefining workforce readiness and empowering emerging global leaders. The Student Intern role is a full-time remote position designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world projects in an EdTech and corporate readiness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations
• Research industry trends
• Assist with program development
• Prepare learning materials
• Coordinate virtual sessions with mentors and corporate partners
• Collect and organize data
• Contribute to reports or presentations
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of experiential learning programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Communicate with learners and stakeholders
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and student engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply findings to practical projects
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and clear documentation
• Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a remote full-time environment
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms (e.g., productivity suites, video conferencing, collaboration tools)
• Demonstrated interest in EdTech, career development, or corporate learning, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of diverse, virtual teams, showing reliability and accountability
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program or a recent graduate from any discipline
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments and openness to feedback and continuous improvement

Prior internship or project experience is beneficial.
