About the Role

Arpit International Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Salesperson to join their team in Delhi, India. This role is focused on identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting products and services, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Presenting products and services.
• Guiding prospects through the sales process.
• Managing leads.
• Conducting client meetings.
• Preparing quotations.
• Following up to close deals.
• Maintaining accurate sales records.
• Reporting on performance.
• Collaborating with internal teams for order processing and customer service.
• Monitoring market trends.
• Gathering customer feedback.
• Supporting promotional activities to drive revenue and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting using standard office and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working on-site, managing field visits and in-person meetings within Delhi and nearby regions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum education typically at the high school or bachelor’s level; business or commerce background is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the company’s products and services and adapt to changing market conditions.

Prior experience in sales, retail, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
